Building the roof of a residential house out of electric solar panels with Solrif technology.




This solution makes use of our panel part framed with Solrif technology, i.e. special frames manufactured in Switzerland. This creates one large “roof tile” from one panel.

This ensures that the roof is waterproof and lasts for decades. The roof can be installed in parts and also as a whole roof. One of the few requirements for this solution is the tilt of the roof by at least 15 degrees. Another prerequisite is a wide scantling with lengths of approx. 1 m. The roof can be made dark, as shown on the image, as well as with regular panels, which allows for a lower price. The weight per one square meter is 12–16 kg depending on the solution.



Installing on the stone roof of a private home’s sauna




Three different types of SolarEst OÜ solar panels are used. 4 kW panels are installed first and 2 kW have been later added. The capacity of the whole system is currently 6 kW. The future plan is to add an additional 2–3 kW to the roof of the private home. This solution is possible due to the SolarEdge inverter. The SolarEdge SE10K inverter enables bigger productivity and the option of monitoring each panel together with maintaining the maximum capacity of each panel. Installing on the shed and shelter of a private home




SolarEst OÜ solar panels are used. 5 kW are installed in one stage. The system is shaded by the electric pole, which moves over the electric solar panels throughout the day. The SolarEdge SE7K inverter enables bigger productivity and the option of monitoring each panel together with maintaining the maximum capacity of each panel. Solar tracker system




9 kW of electric solar panels are installed on a solar tracker. The system is theoretically 40% more productive, although we can tell with more certainty after a few years. The SolarEdge SE10K inverter enables bigger productivity and the option of monitoring each panel together with maintaining the maximum capacity of each panel. The base structure is built by the client and the tracker system by Deger is used. Located in Viljandi County.

10 kW solar panels installed on ground frame




10 kW SolarEst OÜ solar panels are installed in one stage on a ground frame which can be moved by hand to a different angle. Solar panels have no frame, which looks more striking but is more fragile to impact. This kind of electric solar panel also requires special fixtures. The SolarEdge SE10K inverter enables bigger productivity and the option of monitoring each panel together with maintaining the maximum capacity of each panel. Base structure is built by the client. 3.7 kW system installed vertically on a wall




3.7 kW system has been installed in one stage vertically on a wall. It receives evening sun and the shadow of an office building, which shows in productivity. Better productivity compared to other systems in spring, winter and autumn due to the installation angle. The solar panels have no frame, which makes them more striking.
